Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: October 2026
At Litheform, I am committed to making both my website and my personal training services accessible, welcoming, and inclusive to everyone regardless of ability, age, or background.
I believe that strength training and health guidance should be open to all. Whether you are navigating a physical disability, mobility restrictions, neurodivergence, or recovering from an injury, I strive to ensure you have a seamless experience online and in person.
1. Digital Accessibility on My Website
My website is hosted on Squarespace, and I continually work to ensure it conforms to best practices based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
To make the site easy to use for everyone, I focus on the following features:
Clear & Readable Typography: Using legible fonts with high contrast between text and background colours for easier reading.
Responsive Design: Ensuring the website adapts smoothly across desktop computers, tablets, and mobile devices.
Alternative Text (Alt Text): Adding descriptive text to key images so screen readers can interpret the visual content.
Simple Navigation: Maintaining a clean, straightforward layout so information about services, pricing, and location is easy to find.
Known Limitations
While I aim for complete digital accessibility, some parts of the website (such as embedded third-party widgets or maps) may not always meet full accessibility standards. I am actively monitoring and updating the site to improve usability.
2. In-Person Accessibility at the Gym Space
My 1-to-1 training sessions take place at a gym facility on Lower Bristol Road, Bath. I welcome clients with varied physical capabilities, chronic health conditions, hypermobility, joint fusions, and injury rehabilitation needs.
If you have specific mobility or accessibility requirements regarding access to the building, equipment adaptations, lighting, or noise levels:
Tailored Session Planning: All coaching is strictly 1-to-1, meaning workouts are customised 100% to your physical abilities and comfort level.
Pre-Visit Planning: You are very welcome to get in touch before your first visit so we can discuss any physical or environmental adjustments you need to make your time at the space comfortable and stress-free.
3. Feedback and Support
Accessibility is an ongoing process. If you experience any barriers while using my website, need information in an alternative format, or have questions about physical access to the training space, please reach out:
