Getting Started
I’m completely new to this. Is that okay?
Absolutely. My coaching is designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you’ve never stepped into a gym or you’re returning after a long break, or a seasoned gym bunny, we’ll start with what feels comfortable and build a sustainable plan together, one step at a time. My approach is rooted in calm, steady encouragement, not pressure.
Who is this programme for?
Wellness belongs to everyone, regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, ethnicity, or background. While my work especially resonates with women who have spent years juggling responsibilities and feeling burnt out, my coaching is open to anyone ready to embrace a holistic, compassionate approach to their health and well-being.
Do I need to be in good shape to start?
Not at all. Your current fitness level is simply our starting point. We'll work together to build a foundation of strength and confidence at a pace that is right for your body. My goal is to make you feel capable and strong from our very first session.
My Approach
What is the 'holistic' part of your coaching?
My approach looks at the whole picture of your well-being. While we'll focus on effective strength training to build muscle and improve fitness, we’ll also work on other vital areas that influence your results. This includes things like stress regulation, quality of sleep, and mindset. True, lasting strength comes from a balanced lifestyle, not just what happens on the gym floor.
How is this different from a normal personal trainer?
A traditional personal trainer often focuses solely on exercises and repetitions within a session. As a wellness coach, I serve as a guide for your entire wellness journey. My work extends beyond our sessions to help you with accountability, mindset shifts, and making sustainable changes to your daily life. I'm there to support you at every level.
What is your approach to body image?
At LitheForm, my focus is on body neutrality. This means shifting the focus from how your body looks to what it can do for you. Our goals will be centered on building strength, improving your energy, and helping you feel more confident and capable in your everyday life, and not necessarily chasing an aesthetic ideal.
How do you track my progress?
My approach is to track what truly matters. We'll monitor performance and strength metrics (like how much you can lift or how many reps you can do) and body and fitness metrics (like cardio endurance or physical measurements). However, we'll also focus on the non-scale victories that show you're getting stronger both physically and mentally. This includes your energy levels, sleep quality, daily confidence, and how your clothes fit. Together, we’ll celebrate all the ways you are becoming stronger and healthier.
What kind of support do I get between sessions?
My support doesn't end when our session does. As part of your 1-to-1 coaching plan, you'll receive a personalised programme for you to follow. I’ll also be available for questions and encouragement via WhatsApp or email, ensuring you have consistent support as you integrate these new habits into your lifestyle.
What is the training plan?
At LitheForm, I believe your training should feel personal and relevant at every stage. That’s why we create your programme together, shaping it around your goals, lifestyle, and energy. As you grow stronger and more confident, your sessions will evolve too — adapting to keep you supported, challenged, and moving forward without ever feeling overwhelming. This isn’t a one-size fits all plan, but a flexible framework that changes with you, so your progress always feels sustainable and empowering.
Food & Nutrition
Do you provide meal plans or strict diets? A: No. My philosophy is about sustainability, not restriction. I will not give you a strict diet plan. Instead, I'll provide guidance and education to help you make small, sustainable changes to your eating habits. The goal is to build a healthy relationship with food, so you feel empowered to make choices that support your energy and goals, without guilt.
Sessions & Pricing
Where do our sessions take place?
All 1-to-1 coaching sessions take place at a comfortable, independent gym here in Bath. The environment is welcoming and provides all the equipment we need to help you get stronger.
What kind of commitment is required?
All new clients begin with a 3-month commitment. This initial period is crucial for building a strong foundation, establishing consistent habits, and seeing real, lasting results. After the first three months, your coaching will continue on a rolling 1-month block plan, which can be cancelled with one month's notice.
What is your session cancellation policy?
I ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. This allows me to manage my schedule and offer the slot to another client. If you are a no-show for a session, you will lose that session from your plan.
